What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as "a thought-provoking and creative process often unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.” Working with a professionally certified coach is a powerful and transformational experience that will change the way you lead others. Your relationship with a coach is like no other; highly confidential, safe, and based on deep trust and mutual respect. As your leadership coach, I'll partner with you in conversations you want to have and need to have to discover new ways of thinking, knowing and “being” as a leader to reach your goals, lead your teams and achieve better results as a leader.
What do my clients work on during a coaching engagement? Decision-making, leading in Covid and challenging times, communicating, designing initiatives to take your team to the next level, expanding leadership approaches, developing self and others, resolving conflict, and navigating challenging conversations to achieve goals and get better results.
Coaching Services
Leadership Coaching
I coach successful mid-level and aspiring leaders who desire change, learning and improvement and are ready to be elevated and empowered in their leadership. As your thinking partner, I will engage with you to illuminate your thinking, see what’s possible, discover limiting beliefs then transform learning into action. Three and six month plans focused on your desired outcomes are offered.
Mentor Coaching
I offer coaching and feedback to coaches looking to improve your coaching competencies, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies, for the purposes of demonstrating the competencies required by desired credential levels. As your professional colleague, I will partner with you in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process to stretch your coaching to the next level. A minimum three-month commitment is required.
