I partner with mid-level and aspiring leaders to help them become better leaders. Creating a safe, trusting relationship with my clients so deeply personal is where we start. This is the launch point where personal and professional change becomes possible. As your coach, I will BE alongside you to provoke your thinking, challenge you, help you see what you cannot yet see yet and support you to integrate your learning into action. Great leaders are clear about who they are, their values and what matters then connect the dots so they can lead others with their whole selves. I will help you figure out where you’re stuck, how to break through the roadblocks holding you bank and how to achieve the goals you haven’t been able to reach on your own.
Together, we will partner in a “thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential, while unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership” as explained by the International Coach Federation. So let’s go!

Leadership Coaching
I coach successful leaders who desire change, learning and improvement and are ready to be elevated and empowered in their leadership. As your critical thinking partner, I will help you to illuminate your thinking, see what’s possible, discover limiting beliefs and assumptions then support you to transform your reflections and learning into action. Three, six, and ten month plans focused on your desired outcomes are offered.
Mentor Coaching
I offer coaching and feedback to coaches looking to improve your coaching competencies, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies, for the purposes of demonstrating the competencies required by desired credential levels. As your professional colleague, I will partner with you in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process to stretch your coaching to the next level. A minimum three-month commitment is required.
Services are available by phone, online, and in-person based on client preference.
